Chiara Perelli鈥檚 research interests range from the sustainable management of natural resources to the climate change impacts on developing contexts, both in terms of food security and social equality. Furthermore, she is interested in socio-economic factors affecting the adoption of climate-smart agricultural practices and, in particular, in the role played by women in developing sustainable agricultural systems.
She is currently working on 鈥淐onsumer Behaviour in the Circular Economy鈥� and has a post-doc scholarship in 鈥淎gricultural policies and economic analysis for the sustainable management of water resources for irrigation鈥� at Tuscia University.聽聽From 2019 to 2021 she collaborated under the project 鈥淚nnovation in Technology, Institutional and Extension Approaches towards Sustainable Agriculture and enhanced Food and Nutrition Security in Africa (INNOVAFRICA)鈥� as research fellow in 鈥淪ustainable agricultural supply chains for food and nutrition security in Africa: development strategies and analysis鈥�.聽
