This experiential learning trip was designed not just to deepen students’ understanding of global business practices, but to hone the essential soft skills - leadership, adaptability, and collaboration - that employers consistently value. “Being outside the classroom made us realize we’re all navigating this pivotal step together,†reflected one student, as the group prepared to return to Rome and tackle their final capstone presentations.
